Glee: The Concert Movie - in 3D (2011)

WOW. This seems completely unnecessary, but then again so did Transformers 3. I'll be honest. When Glee first began, it was different. It wasn't like the other musical type dealies out there. It was a unique and different show. Then began the spontaneous singing and dancing. They couldn't leave it in the rehearsal room. No. They had to move it to the car park, to the supermarket, to the cemetery, to the bathroom wherever you can name. Ridiculous. It became a ridiculous version of High School Musical. Anyway, here's the trailer for the convert film - in 3D. JOY.

CHECKITOUTYO: New Full-length Hangover Pt. II trailer!

BEHOLD, the new full-length trailer for The Hangover pt. 2. So it's better than the teaser released not long ago, and although I'm not too keen on the idea, I'll still go watch the sumbitch. Kazed.

Cast revealed for Clash of The Titans sequel...*SIGH*

I don't even understand why this film made as much as it did. It was terrible. But, there were people out there who liked it, and WB can't argue with the results it garnered. Anyway, here's the synopsis for the film, along with some casting news:
A decade after his heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus—the demigod son of Zeus—is attempting to live a quieter life as a village fisherman and the sole parent to his 10-year old son, Helius. Meanwhile, a struggle for supremacy rages between the gods and the Titans. Dangerously weakened by humanity’s lack of devotion, the gods are losing control of the imprisoned Titans and their ferocious leader, Kronos, father of the long-ruling brothers Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. The triumvirate had overthrown their powerful father long ago, leaving him to rot in the gloomy abyss of Tartarus, a dungeon that lies deep within the cavernous underworld. Perseus cannot ignore his true calling when Hades, along with Zeus’ godly son, Ares (Edgar Ramírez), switch loyalty and make a deal with Kronos to capture Zeus. The Titans’ strength grows stronger as Zeus’ remaining godly powers are siphoned, and hell is unleashed on earth. Enlisting the help of the warrior Queen Andromeda (Rosamund Pike), Poseidon’s demigod son, Argenor (Toby Kebbell), and fallen god Hephaestus (Bill Nighy), Perseus bravely embarks on a treacherous quest into the underworld to rescue Zeus, overthrow the Titans and save mankind.
Whatever, you know? I can't believe a part of me was excited for the first film. In my defense though, the trailer did look pretty badass. It's actually quite funny; the fact that the original film was made eons before any of this '3D' shit existed, years before the Fleshlight, but it still held up pretty well- it still does, to this day. But that's how it is. You hand a child a ball with a trillion dollars, he's gonna make shit for a film. Not that's an exaggeration. It wasn't that bad, it had good FX, but it's got nothing on the original. Check out my review HERE. Kazed

Kazed reviews: Buried (2010)

Synopsis: Paul is a U.S. contractor working in Iraq. After an attack by a group of Iraqis he wakes to find he is buried alive inside a coffin. With only a lighter and a cell phone it's a race against time to escape this claustrophobic death trap. It's not particularly easy to make a film which takes place entirely in a coffin, and not easy to keep that shit interesting either. This film managed to keep me interested, and made me want to piss myself because I needed one and this film didn't let me because it was so freakin intense. This was some gripping shit, let me tell you. The film revolves around this guy, Paul, and basically he gets screwed throughout. Not literally, of course, that would be pretty unnecessary, and of course wouldn't make sense if he was in a coffin and was being screwed- enough of that. Cutting it short, there are some great shots inside the coffin, and with the intense score it was a great combination, and the ending was interesting, of course it had to go somewhere, and seeing it end the way it did was surprising, I, for one didn't see it coming I guess until the last 10 minutes or so. Good film, me likey. 7.5/10, the pacing was good, but there were a couple of moments where it seemed to drag on a little. Kazed
